Installing Proshow Producer on hard drive other than C:
Hi Everyone......
I have a newer computer with 4 hard drives.... the main C:/ drive and three other hard drives. Can I install Proshow Producer on one of the other drives rather than the main C:/ drive?
If so, do I need to create a folder first to have the program installed into? Also, when installing and style or transition packs do I need to redirect the installation path of those or will the packs automatically find the location of Proshow Producer on the other drive?
thanks for you help....
Joe

Joe,
I run PSP 6 from a USB hard drive. The install program defaults to C: but you can change it. It will create directories as needed. PSP also finds the correct path when you install Styles or transitions.

Hello
Styles and transitions are always installed in the C:\ProgramData\Photodex\ProShow folder or is there a solution to put them elsewhere ?

There should also be an option on installation to specify a drive to put temporary and working files. The more drives you use, the faster the program will run.
