Playing back 50fps source material at half speed?
I am currently working on a project with some video files shot at 50fps.
When I adjust the playback speed of the video clip to 50% it appears to play back really choppy, at like 12-15 fps?
Is PSP ignoring the extra frames when it imports these files because my project settings are perhaps 25/30 fps?
Fluid slow motion is a good reason for shooting at 50fps but PSP appears to be defeating this.
BTW - I'm still happy working with Version 5. Would upgrading give me this facility?
Many thanks,
Rob.

It may be choppy due to system limitations. Try exporting to a video and review the video to see if it's what you want. Don't rely to heavily on the "instant" playback. Your system simply might NOT be up the task of what you're asking of it.
