Hi
As I mentionned it, many people have encounted a bug with the sound of MP4 files when the video is not beginning with the slide.
It's OK when you create the slide, but depending the output format, the sound is not correct.
Then the AVI output is probably a better choice if you follow the exemple of your youtube link...
