Cookbook or recipe template

I'm looking for a template (or one I can modify to suit) that will feature a cookbook or a recipe card. Am making a birthday slide show for my mom, who loves to cook, and I want to start out with 'the recipe' for her (like 1/2 Irish, dash of Scottish). Does anyone know of a template that I can modify, like a photo album where I can change the title of the book to 'Betty Crocker' or something? Or maybe an existing template that has a recipe card box in it?

Betty, that's what I had in mind and if I change the background to red/white checked tablecloth it will work perfectly. Thank you!

What Betty used wasn't a template but a set of styles called "Notebook" a set of styles from The Frame Locker.

Every now and then I'm able to see my stuff put to use, and it always pleases me.
