Proshow Presenter

Postby Alan » Mon Mar 18, 2019 11:57 am

Haven't used Proshow Producer for several years. Just reinstalled Version 5 to reacquaint myself and to see if I will upgrade to the latest version.
Problem: I'm unable to view .psh files. I keep getting a message to say that I should install Presenter prior to viewing. Even after installing the file and rebooting the PC I'm still unable view shows.

Any suggestions?

Good to see a lot of the "old timers" (forgive me) still around. :)

G'day Alan

If you download IE11 version of internet explorer from Microsoft. Presenter should work in that it does for me to view the shows I have on the Photodex site.

G'day Alan & Quetzal

I use various browsers Firefox, The new IE with win 10 and Chrome but the ONLY one that will work with Presenter that I have found is IE11 and that's all I use it for to view Proshow shows.
You just need to make sure it doesn't set itself as the default browser.
