DVD Menu aspect ratio question...

I hope I can articulate my question so everyone can understand what I am asking. When I create a 16:9 show with a 16:9 Menu, everything plays well on a 16:9 monitor. However, the same DVD when played on a 4:3 TV screen, while the 16:9 show plays well, the menu that pops come on at the beginning is in 16:9 ratio, however the thumbnail highlight and the thumbnail select strokes are distorted to what looks lie it would be for 4:3. Conversely, if I create a 4:3 menu for a 16:9 show, it plays well on both screen types. There does not seem to be anyway to adjust the thumbnail highlight and clicked stroke other than size for a 16:9 menu to be played on a 4:3 TV screen. I have not tried setting size to zero though. Am I missing something? Thanks..appreciate your comments...Dave

Same problem here

I contacted Photodex support about two years ago I am still running V4. I sent menu files. Photodex acknowledged it was a known bug. My memory is foggy since it has been so long, but that is what I recall. I could never fix it.
