Sound (audio track) to be played over multiple slides?

I have an audio track in mp3 format that I would like to play over the top of the music and multiple slides. The sound track is appx. 1 minute long. When I go into an individual slide I know how to put a "sound" on that one slide, but how do I put an audio track over multiple slides while the music is still playing in the background?

Click on "Sound" for the slide.

Then click the box "Continue playback of sound after slide ends".
