intros and outros

I posted this earlier so if it shows uo twice I am sorry but can't find it.
Now my problem is I have 2 intros and 2 outros plus many chapters I use in my shows.I started a new show and discovered they will not play.The error message is cannot find "video DLL !" I am using and have for a long time Irfanview for these.I have all the plugins downloaded.I went to google and did a search for video DLL and found it but they want 9.95 for it.Been using these forever now they want into our pockets.Does any one have a working idea on this.Oh I forgot they are mpg files.

But I got it I guess I went brain dead for a while I just changed it over to media player and it works fine Sorry to bother you all
