re-using same song??
I know this is going to seem like a simple-minded question...
I am making my first slideshow and want to use one song played over again a few times. There is applause at the end of the song (live recording) and I want to fade that out and have the song start over again there. I can't seem to figure out how to do this and have been struggling with it for hours. can someone help me out ang ive me EASY step-by-step directions?? TIA!!

Just go to Show/Show Options/ and under the audio tab add the song as many times as you want. Then in each individual file use the fade and timing to edit out the applause. Make sense? Cheers Jan

Better still go to http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ and download the free sound editor.
Make sure you download the Lame file too or you will not be able to export mp3 files.
You can multi-track and make a soundtrack worthy of the BBC with this software. Inport your song three times, fade out the ends and then you can move each song independantly of the others and overlap each one a little so they sound sweet when they play altogether
